about the owner

“I am a father to a Beautiful babygirl, husband to an amazing woman and an electrician by trade. I built Southland Cleaning mainly as a solar panel cleaning company to provide a customer experience that was helpful, honest and informative. Aside from the absolute thrill solar cleaning and electrical work brings me, I love spending time with my family and fishing in Baja!

Giving back to the communities I fish and work in, is something I like working towards as well. Either with donations for suicide prevention, teen rehabilitation, working with orphanages or Just giving help where it’s needed. “  -Jimmy Vivas. Oct. 2026
